Impact of Principals’ Leadership Styles on Teachers' Job Satisfaction and Motivation in Elementary Schools

This research paper intends to elucidate and ascertain prevailing leadership styles that principals of elementary education employ, along with their influence on the overall degree motivation teachers' job satisfaction. Quantitative method has been used in order describe relationship among style, study conducted 700 elementary-school teachers respectively districts Tirana, Durrës Elbasan Albania. In findings this study, passive style active dominate same values teachers’ perception as most widely headmasters/principals basic education. From regression analysis, it turned out are statistically valid predictors satisfaction at work. There is a positive moderate relation between (transformational/ contingent reward) The will facilitate additional studies must be quest for broadening leader's responsibilities approaches enhance working conditions, cultivate greater teacher motivation, foster within environment they operate.
